I Have Been Horrible!

I have been really really bad at blogging lately! I am so sorry! I got so caught up in all the graduation hoopla that I have neglected this blog..and also my healthy habits. 

I haven't been to the gym in 5 days! Yikes! I am going today and I sure am going to hate it, but I must do it!! I am very surprised that i have managed to not gain any weight in the past couple weeks due to my bad habits! That is the good news! Bad news is that I have been bad and it is going to be hard to get back on track!! 

My goal for this week is just to get back in the routine of going to the gym every day and eating healthy! It is going to be tough, but I can do it! 

Do any of you have any good tips for helping to get back on track after being bad for a couple weeks?

  1. my only tip is to take it easy...you're not going to be where you were so work hard, but don't over do it. you'll want to do exactly what you were before the dip in schedule, but that's not realistic and it will only frustrate you. good news is, you bounce back faster so after a few works outs you'll be back to where you were in no time! (personal experience only ;)
