I have started to get into running and I am slowly but surely improving.
Yesterday my friend and I did 4 miles and today my left hip/butt is KILLING me! (ok...maybe I am being a tad dramatic..but it sure is bothering me!)
I think I have pulled something? If that is possible. But it sure is painful! I don't know what to do...anyone have any tips on making it feel better?
I did take today off to give it a rest. Maybe tomorrow I will just work on my upper body and core and let it rest another day.
