Intense Workout!

I woke up this morning and went to the gym around 11:30. I did the treadmill for about 25 minutes and ran for about 3.5 minutes. I then did the elliptical, but only for about 5 minutes because for some reason it was annoying me. 

Did weights for about 15 minutes...mainly focused on upper body. Lots of arms!

Then I went to the grocery store and got healthy food to eat! I made a yummy caesar salad for lunch!

Pickle: 0pts
Cottage Cheese: 2pts
